I just purchased a used motorcycle from a local Harley dealer. Upon getting it home I realized that my paperwork says the bike has 7595 miles but the odometer reading on the bike dose not match it says 6377 miles. This has got me concerned about the legitimacy of the bike. What are my rights, what can I do?

I would call and ask them to explain. This may be a law violation.
