Im being contacted b a collection firm that I believe is called CCS about a debt from February of 2009 that I owe a bank in Ohio and I now reside in Texas. I was wondering what action thy could pursue if I dont pay.

they must sue to get a judgment and collect by court order..so when sued, call me if you want advice..no fee for consultation
