Can a cop make two 20 yr old kids sitting in a parked car in front of one of the kids house, get out of the car, then find marijuana on them while they were not smoking, or impaired, then arrest them, then take them to jail, and charge them with possession?
Answer
A cop can do anything he wants. He has the gun and the badge and the manpower and the radio. The question is will what he did hold up in court?
