if my father is not of sound mind but wants to change his will do all of his children have to sign paperwork in order for that to happen
Answer
He cannot change his will once he is legally incompetent. If he doesn't have any other estate planning instruments, other than his will, there may be a workaround.
If he is considered to be incompetent, does he have periods of clear thinking or he always "out of it"?
Who decided that he was incompetent?
