is there a law stating that if your electricity gets turned off and you are not there because of a medical reason that they can go in and remove your items in the trailer i dont know the area of law that would be classified under it wouldnt let me go without a selection

If you are renting the trailer, it will depend on your lease. If you own the trailer, no one should've able to enter.
