My "LASC Appellate Division" - motion for "relief from default and dismissal" of my appeal was denied - with no ability to file an "opening brief" in this case.
Would the next step be to petition the Court of Appeal "2nd District" for the same or a "writ" of some sort--- and if so -- how much time do I have to do so?
