i have two children. we lived in wisconsin when i wanted to take them out of state to iowa the court system appointed a guardian at leidum . they decided the girls were better off with me and let me move them to iowa. i have placement and the x wife and i have joint custody. now here is my question.
im moving again. to florida. do i need to go through the court system again?

Depending on what your custody and support from the Court says, the answer is probably yes.
