What does it mean i was older then I'm younger than that now?
I'm going to throw something in. It sounds like your saying, "What does it mean when someone is saying I'm older than I was one second ago."

That's just someone trying to sound smart. Your constantly getting older. SO like, say it's your 10th birthday and it's the exact momment you were born. The second after that, your ten and something.

e.g.- ten and one second years old, ten and two seconds older. Ten years, four months three weeks, six days, in the afternoon, twenty two hours, fifty nine minutes, thirty seconds and forty five milliseconds old.
