in 1994 at the US border in Otay Mesa CA I tried to enter claiming US citizenship, of course, I was sent back deported because those were the terms and what I signed it stated that I could not become a US citizen
My question is can I apply for a non inmigrant visa? a Border crosser? I live in Tijuana
