My husband moved out of our house 6/2013. We are now divorced as of 10/39/2013. Agreement said I was to stay in the house with the children. Can he just suddenly move back in?

Your agreement, if drafted correctly, should say that you have "exclusive use and possession" of the marital home. "Exclusive" means you get to live there, not him.
