My sons father and I have a court order visitation of every other weekend. He has so CE started a new job driving a semi so he never gets my son on the weekends he is ordered. If he comes to town on a weekend that is not his weekend am I required to let him have my child. I will also add he hasn't paid any support since January ( and yes I know that the two are separate issues in my states but I'd be more inclined to let him have him if he helped support him.
