My grandson is 11 years old and has been diagnosed with bipolar disease. Before his diagnosis he has been through a very rough time, the week his father came home my grandson got really angry and outcome was he hit three teachers on three separate days and they have pressed charges against him and he has to go to court today. The psychiatrist has started him on bipolar medication but this take a while to build up, we had kept my grandson out of school for a year and the Court told us to put him back in or they would lock up my daughter, we said it would be verty detrimental to him of which it has.
Answer
If you/re unhappy with this court's order, you should appeal it Otherwise
you're legally obligated to comply with it until it's vacated or superceded
by another order of a court of proper jurisdiction in this matter.
