What forms do I need to petition the court to get the Executor of the Estate to end this now. The Executor wants to drag this out for another 3 yrs. Mom died over 10 yrs ago. Estate taxes etc are all paid up. I just want this to be over with. A lawyer told me that the Executor was milking this, but he didn't tell me what forms I needed. Can somebody please help me? We live in Calif.

There are no forms per ae. You will need to draft a petition to close the estate and file. With the court.
