Question

For a child support hearing, doesn't all evidence need to be submitted to the court and opposing parties 5 days beforehand? If evidence is presented at a hearing without being shared, then shouldn't be disregarded by the court?

In theory yes, in reality no, it depends if there is a specific pre-trial order.

Answer
