I just bought a land in California at a tax deed auction. Can I legally sell it within 1 year? or do I have to wait 1 year which is the period a previous owner can file an action to set aside the tax sale for any irregularities in the sale?

I just answered this question. Why are you asking it again? If you purchased at an auction, you have good title now. You only have to file a quiet title if you have a dispute. Do you have a dispute or not?
