3 years ago a personal injury lawsuit was filed. I am the injured party, but my husband was included in the lawsuit. The lawsuit isn't settled yet. A few months ago my husband was arrested and is being charged with six felonies. At the same time as his arrest it was discovered he was committing adultery also. I want him removed from my lawsuit.
