Question

In a california conservatorship case what is the definition of a document that has been filed with the court listed as a 'citation' on the courts public access website. Is this in response to some previous filing? In the same type of case is there no participant that is titled 'respondent' ? only a title of 'objector' ?

Answer

Suggest you obtain the assistance of legal counsel who is experienced in conservatorship matters to advise you. These types of proceedings are very sensitive, and can have long term consequences good and bad.
