2 years ago i was arrested for solicitation, the charges were dropped. now the footage is on a documentary. I did not give permission. I feel like it has slandered my name a reputation. what can i do?

Hire a lawyer. Your damages can get big if it is not promptly stopped. A cease and desist notice must promptly be given to all distributors and TV stations. Also a lawsuit can be filed to get an injunction.
