If I agreed threw medeation to refinance a home that we both own, to take her name off the mortage, and dont, but actually purchase another house. Can my ex-wife take any legal action against me?

If you have not complied with the Order of the court - you are in contempt. The purpose of the refi was to ensure that you would not ruin her credit. If I were you I would try to make a deal with her to let her have the house and you pay up the arrearage if there is any and sign a quit claim deed over to her.
