My granddaughter has been living in California as her husband is stationed in California. They both are Missouri residents, however their baby was born in California. Now my granddaughter wants to bring the baby and move back to Missouri. Her husband agreed with her coming back, but now says her will charge her with kidnapping. Is it considered kidnapping.
