Question

If I am represented by counsel can I 1. Add myself as co-counsel. 2. Can I go pro se and partition the court with a motion even though I still have counsel, I feel my counsel is in effective. 3. Does a habeus corpus/writ have to be presented with the state attorney once the judge has signed the writ?

Answer

1. No, not unless you went to law school and passed the Florida Bar. 2. No, you are not allowed to. You can fire your attorney and then go pro se but that is almost NEVER recommended! 3. That is a legal question and you need to ask your attorney.

Good luck,
