My mother was the only person on my grandmothers power of attorney. She lived with us for 2 years, until she went into a nursing home. There is no money left and my aunt found out and is threatening to have embezzlement charges brought against my mother we are scared to death and don't know what to do. I need help badly and as soon as possible. If you could tell me what I need to do I would be forever greatiful
