Question

Can you slightly alter the capatilization of something that's copyrighted and not get in trouble? Like, instead of "Four on the Floor", could someone get away with "Four On The Floor"?

Answer

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. First of all, in your quotes, nothing is altered. Second, a slight altering of capitalization is not a defense to copyright infringement. Consult with a good copyright or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
