I got a rental car for my co-worker's buddy,in my name. He kept the car over due. O..and i gave him my debit card for him to pay me back,and the guy drained my account dry! -plz help

Find out when the Assistant District Attorney will be at your local District Magistrate's Office. See if the ADA will approve it for prosecution. That is about the quickest way to get your money back.
