I recieved a demand for full payment of child support because my employer has not sent in the payments for 2 months, but they still deducted from my pay. Is there any legal action i could take against them to make them pay the balance?

Well, before suing them in small claims court for this balance,
how about asking the company's HR or payroll department as
to when they expect to remit this already withheld money to the DCSE?
