My daughter has some done some incredibly stupid things and as a result my grandson is in foster care. I need to obtain legal guardianship. I am 51 years old and a recent widow. R there any attorneys willing to work for a reduced rate or establish a payment plan. My household has only one income and I support myself and my son on what I make. I need help. This 2 year old innocent needs to be with his grammie and uncle. We live just outside of Worcester Massachusetts.
