When I write a POA, I have trouble trying to make it so I have co-agents, and one of the agents simply has non-binding power to communicate on all matters. It seems simple, I just want that one individual to interact and not sign regarding my matters, but most POAs do not have sections for these options. Also, I have fears of other people faking a notary signature for me and I fear how to prevent their making a power of attorney. I thought to make a bunch of notes regarding ID verifications etc for agents, but I don't know? This has to do with matters foreign and domestic, particularly NJ, NY, CT, AZ and Dominican Republic.
