Question

if a consent to enter judgment for possession(tenant Vacates) was signed by tenant and landlord, what is the legal recourse if the tenant does not vacate the property

Answer

You need to got back to l/t court and file for a warrant of removal.

Answer

Assuming that the consent was obtained as part of an eviction suit, the landlord can apply to the court for a warrant of removal in much the same way as if a judgment had been entered. The difference is that a certification will be required to tell the court that the tenant violated the agreement. In a subsequent rent default suit, the tenant is liable for twice the rent otherwise due for the period after the tenant promised to vacate.
