leased my home out for 6 months without knowing that was an restriction per my contract with my mortgagor, lease expires on November 1, 2014. Provided a non -renewal notice to the tenants - 30 days notice. The tenants learned of my restriction and is asking for $5000.00 + 600.00 deposit. It comes across as blackmail. What should I do?
