My husband took a drug test at work and didnt pass...he got fired... he had used marijuana two days before and was in his system but he was not using on the job. He is in a union so he filed a grievance...its not fair...and can he still collect unemployment? i guess this would come under dui law but he wasnt driving a car...he's a doorman and was driving a luggage cart and had a very small scuff...
